Benchlytics is provided for your personal, non-commercial fantasy sports research. You may use our projections, tools and content to inform your own lineup decisions.

2. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download our data or resell access to the service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our models or source code;
• Redistribute, republish or resell our projections or content as your own;
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits or usage restrictions;
• Use automated means to access the service in a way that degrades performance for others;
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service’s operation;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of the rules of any third-party platform.

3. Data and intellectual property

Our projections, software, design and content are the property of Benchlytics LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The limited license we grant you does not transfer any ownership and does not permit commercial exploitation of our data or outputs.

4. Fair use of shared resources

The service is a shared resource. We may apply reasonable technical limits and may suspend or throttle activity that threatens the stability, security or integrity of the platform.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this policy or our Terms of Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
