Getting started
How do I create an account?
Choose Sign up in the top navigation, enter your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters, and you're in. You can start a free trial from the Pricing page at any time.
Which sports can I research?
Benchlytics covers the NHL, NBA, MLB, NFL, Soccer, college football (NCAAF) and college basketball (NCAAB), with the WNBA in beta. We add leagues over time.
Do I need to link a fantasy account?
No. Benchlytics is a standalone research tool. You point it at the sport and slate you care about, there's no account linking required.
Account & login
How do I log in?
Use the Log in link in the top navigation and enter the email and password you signed up with. Your session keeps you signed in securely.
I forgot my password, what now?
Password reset is being rolled out. In the meantime, contact support at contact@benchlytics.com and we'll help you regain access.
How do I log out?
Select Log out from the navigation (or the Account page). This clears your session on the device you're using.
Billing & subscriptions
How does the free trial work?
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial that unlocks your selected plan. You aren't charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal in a couple of clicks. Cancel during the trial and you're charged nothing; cancel a paid plan and you keep access to the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
Beyond the free trial, every charge is covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 3 days of a charge for a full refund of that payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Which billing terms are available?
Each plan can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually. Longer terms lower your effective monthly rate, with annual offering the best value.
Using the platform
How do I read a projection?
Each projection shows a most-likely value plus a range, a floor and ceiling, and a consistency indicator. The range tells you what kind of outcome to expect, not just the midpoint. Our blog has a full guide.
How does the lineup optimizer work?
The optimizer builds balanced, rules-aware lineups for your format in seconds. You can explore alternatives by structure, position or projected outcome range.
Can I export my research?
Yes, on the All-Pro and Franchise plans you can export lineups and research to CSV.
Data & projections
How often do projections update?
Data refreshes throughout the day across leagues, and projections respond to lineup news, injury reports and role changes so you're not deciding on stale information.
Are the projections guaranteed to be accurate?
No. Projections are estimates provided for research and entertainment. Sports are unpredictable and no tool can promise a particular outcome. Use our numbers as one input into your own decisions.
What data goes into a projection?
Historical and recent performance, role and expected opportunity, matchup and pace, and live news. Our methodology page explains the approach in plain language.
Trust & safety
Is Benchlytics a betting or gambling product?

How is my data protected?
Payments run through a PCI-compliant provider and we never store full card details. Accounts are protected with hashed passwords and secure sessions. See our Security page for more.
How do I report a security issue?
