Payment security
Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Card details are handled by the provider's secured systems, Benchlytics never sees or stores your full card number.
Account security
Passwords are stored only as salted, one-way hashes, never in plain text. Sessions use signed, HttpOnly cookies so your login can't be read by scripts in your browser.
Data protection
We collect only what we need to run the service, we don't sell your personal information, and you can request access or deletion at any time.
Encryption in transit
Traffic to and from Benchlytics is encrypted with modern TLS. Data moving between you and our systems is protected end to end.
Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email contact@benchlytics.com with details and steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and resolve the issue before any public disclosure, and avoid accessing or modifying other users’ data. We’ll acknowledge your report and keep you updated on our progress.
